Hypnosis is a powerful tool to promote health and change. Recently, I had a back surgery performed. I had used Self-Hypnosis to program my body to heal faster and to lose less blood. The effects were powerful. In 2 weeks I meet the 6 week goal of walking 0.5 miles incrementally, in a single effort. By the 3rd weekend after the surgery I was walking 2 miles a day. I never needed the prescribed narcotic pain killer, just Tylenol. I only lost 1/5 of the blood expected as well. This shows the power of the mind over the body.
